Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as you received it.

Unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at deepesh.saini7455@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
